The collective of artists WE ARE VISUAL, consisting of Marc Einsiedel and Felix Jung, is known for its interventions in the public space which comments and changes urban conditions and situations seemingly parenthetic. During their second exploring expedition to India and in the context of the India Week Hamburg, the artists will be part of their own intervention once again as they will experience India from the perspective of an all-inclusive-tourist.
Live in situ, the tourist experience interlaces with the one of the artist. The proceedings will not be displayed, but installed to a newly transformed imageworld. In the gallery Melike Bilir, this tourist perception will be assigned to the exhibition visitor who has to get along in a world (of art) that is completely foreign to him.
